It has recently been brought to my attention that a new law has been implemented in Canada, applicable in all provinces, which may greatly affect many US companies currently doing business there. As of December 1, 2013, a product license is required for any and all consumable products shipped into Canada from the US (or any other jurisdiction). This law shall include any and all products that are shipped in as NFR (not-for-resale). Health Canada has specifically stated that network marketing companies may not ship products into Canada as NFR without proper registration of the products with Health Canada. Any violations will likely be met with product confiscation and cease and desist orders.
