Christopher Wellman is member of the litigation section of Wellman & Warren. Mr. Wellman’s experience includes trials in both State and Federal courts as well as multiple private arbitrations. Given his knowledge of complicated litigation matters, he has had the rare opportunity of litigating cases in multiple states including California, Utah, Florida, Colorado, Louisiana, Arizona, Massachusetts, Washington and Texas.

Mr. Wellman’s numerous accomplishments include a successful mediation of a wrongful death resulting in a settlement of over $4,500,000, settlement of a medical malpractice case in excess of $2 million, an arbitration award of an multi-level marketing (MLM) distributor’s case in excess of $1,200,000, and a defense verdict in a $40 million fraud case against a MLM distributors.
Mr. Wellman has a passion in litigating MLM disputes. In these cases, Mr. Wellman has represented both MLM companies and/or the distributor.

Mr. Wellman attended the University of California, Irvine and Whittier Law School. He was a member of the board of directors of the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Wellman enjoys spending time with his family and is a huge sports advocate.
